Last week I started first chopper bicycle project since spring 2008. First I made 5-spoke wheels in size 26″/559.

I’m waiting black Fat Frank tires (26×2.35) to arrive this week. I wanted to keep this bike really simple and even a bit “sporty”.

Rossin got white seat and Wolber Disc. Wolber will stay as long I found better one matching with front wheel. Seat came to me with my Peugeot, now I remade it with white leather.

I made this bike in 6 hours. I made it for ‘Wool Ride’, organized by yksivaihde.net. Frame of the bike is made out of 3 very, very rotten 30-40’s frames. WW2 era Victoria bicycle fork is straighten and shorten. Rims I made before for some other projects. This experimental project worked all that Ride very fine and its still going strong!

Rossin got new rim. Its carbon fiber and very light. I think its from russia because  it got russian made bearings.
