Hello everybody!

It have been quiet here lately. Reason is 90 years old small steam ship I’m renovating. Last autumn we bought old riveted steel ship without knowing what was history of it. Later on some Sherlocks from Finnish Steam Yacht Association found full history for it. It happened to be S/S Strix made in Helsinki, Finland 1923! Helsinki is my home town so this was really nice surprise, of course biggest thing was to know that its original steam ship! Now I have been working with it last 6 months and its slowly getting to look like real steamer again! Check out whole progress from Facebook page: www.facebook.com/ssstrix
